The Comic
When a cartoonist misses a deadline, his three characters face being stuck in the past forever! Fast and furious live performance and amazing computer animation combine in this unique show. For anyone who’s ever read a comic.
“You can count the laughs, gasps or tears, but the best way to judge whether a Festival kids' show is a hit is the cardboard crocodile test.

When a child who already thinks Santa's dodgy and isn't too sure about the tooth fairy says: "Was that cardboard crocodile really alive, mum?" you know the magic has worked. From the most sophisticated costumes and staging, to the simplest of venues and props, the winners are the ones which carry the child off into a different world of the imagination…..”
SCOTLAND ON SUNDAY 19/ 08/ 01 *****
